Since each product is fully customised and made exclusively for you, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not possible once an order has been placed and production has begun.
Returns & Exchanges
- We do not offer returns or exchanges on customised orders.
- Every outfit is uniquely created using the client’s own varmala flowers and cannot be resold, recreated, or replaced.
Natural Variations in Flowers
Please note that every flower behaves differently during the preservation and fabric-making process. Each flower naturally releases its own pigments, textures, and tones over time. Because of this, the final colour outcome may vary slightly from expectations or reference images.
These variations are completely natural and are a part of the authenticity and beauty of working with real flowers. While we do our best to maintain consistency, a 100% identical or predictable outcome cannot be guaranteed.
Size & Fit Corrections
We understand the importance of fit. In case of sizing or fitting concerns, we will offer reasonable support
To request a fit correction:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- Clients may be required to bear shipping charges for alteration requests.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue. Our team will review the concern and provide an appropriate resolution.

As these pieces are handcrafted using sentimental floral materials provided by the client, slight variations in texture, colour, finish, and placement are natural and should not be considered defects.
